Kale Salad with Yogurt and Mustard
Ingredients

C
chopped Kale
1
C
Greek yogurt
1/4
tsp
ground mustard
1/2
tsp
hopped Thai green chili
salt if needed
Instructions
Blanch the kale and chop fine
Whisk the yogurt, add the chili and mustard
Add in the kale and mix it all together.
I don't add the salt, but you may if you want to.
Eat it as a side or serve as a dip.
