As we continue on our journey to discover the health benefits of the 38 Power foods, we embark upon Asparagus. Fabled for its aphrodisiac properties, it is also supposed to help with keeping you looking younger. Do you need more reasons to eat this sexy little thing?

Stir Fry Asparagus Indian style
Ingredients
- 2 C trimmed and cut asparagus
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp Aleppo Pepper flakes
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp oil
Instructions
- Mix lemon juice and chaat masala and mix in the asparagus
- heat oil in a pan and stir fry the asparagus just until done
- sprinkle salt and the Aleppo pepper.
- Mix to coat
- Serve as an appetizer or with dal and rice as a side.
